Message from the Honorary President of MASOOM’S EDUCATION COMPLEX
Pakistan is in dire needs of skilled persons in general and specialized area. Over the last 70 years merely giving degrees in various fields has not been of great assistance for the nation. We need our institution to be relevant to the needs of the society Nationally and Globally. Many graduates from this country go abroad for further studies and job. If they are equipped with the proper skills, the acceptability globally will enhance and they will also bring good name to the country.
As the Iqra Institute of Health Sciences in its Pharmacy Program this very point is kept in mind. Great Infrastructure, Good laboratories, able teachers, all help in grooming the students to become Skilled Professionals and good human beings.
This is my utmost desire to make every facility (academic as well as co-curricular) available to the students of IIHS, so that they deliver to the best of their abilities. My expectation from every student, graduating from here would be that he or she becomes a good citizen and contributes to the national development as a Pharmacist and Allied Health Scientist or as a Teacher. At the same time, i wish every student and teacher to give due importance to our religious duties. I am glad that up till now that aspect is very well taken care of. My message to the MASOOMIAN’S is to work hard and prove themselves to be the best. I would request the honorable teachers to value their students and leave no stone unturned in providing the best education and Tarbiyat to the students.
I pray to Almighty Allah to give us strength and wisdom to come up to the expectations of the society.
About Us
Iqra Institute of Health Sciences, Islamabad (IIHS) School of Pharmacy, is a project of Masoom’s Educational Complex (MEC) that urges to provide concept-based quality education to students. It was established with the aim of providing state-of-the-art pharmacy education and producing graduates with the highest academic, cognitive, and professional skills.
We endeavor to produce not only good pharmacists but also altruistic and empathetic professionals who will serve as a beacon of hope and benevolence for the deprived and serve as role models for future generations. The highest standard of teaching, training of pharmacy students, and patient care are aimed. A balanced program of integrated problem-based learning and continuous pharmacy education will be followed to keep the students abreast with the latest developments in the field of medicine.
